When will my order ship?

Orders ship within 4-5 business days. Once the order has shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information.

What is the return policy?

We accepted unused returns with tags still attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

New and unused items returned after 14 days are eligible for a gift card only.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship via USPS within the United States.

Where do you ship products from?

We are based in Los Angeles, California. Our two warehouses are in Los Angeles and Sacramento, California.

Products will ship from the nearest warehouse.

Are products available for local pickup?

Currently we do not offer local pickup. Products are only eligible for shipping.

How do I care for my silk products?

We recommend hand washing all silk and hang dry. You can machine wash on the gentle cycle with cold water. Wash with like colors. Do not bleach. Do not tumble dry. Specific care instructions can be found on the corresponding product page.
